Author Guidelines

General Information

Jurnal Keguruan UNISA Kuningan welcomes the submission of original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal publishes scholarly works in the field of education and teacher development, including original research articles, literature reviews, conceptual papers, and case studies relevant to the journal's focus and scope.

All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise academic language and comply with the journal's publication ethics and submission requirements.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the following requirements:

  • The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.

  • The manuscript may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

  • The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Use A4 paper size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and 1.5 line spacing.

  • Number all pages consecutively.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should contain the following sections:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) Name

  3. Author Affiliation

  4. Corresponding Author Email

  5. Abstract (150–250 words)

  6. Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  7. Introduction

  8. Research Method

  9. Results

  10. Discussion

  11. Conclusion

  12. Acknowledgements (optional)

  13. References

Title

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.

Abstract

The abstract should briefly describe:

  • Background

  • Objective

  • Methods

  • Results

  • Conclusion

The abstract should be written in a single paragraph without citations.

Keywords

Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main topics of the manuscript.

References

References should:

  • Be relevant and up to date.

  • Primarily consist of scholarly sources published within the last ten years.

  • Follow the APA Style (7th Edition).

  • Be prepared using a reference management application such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively.

  • Each table and figure must have a descriptive title.

  • Figures should be of high resolution.

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted materials.

Citation Style

The journal uses APA 7th Edition for both in-text citations and the reference list.

Submission Process

Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS).

Before submission, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines.

  • The manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere.

  • All authors have approved the submission.

  • The metadata entered into OJS are complete and accurate.

Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo:

  1. Initial editorial screening.

  2. Plagiarism screening.

  3. Double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.

  4. Editorial decision.

  5. Copyediting and proofreading.

  6. Publication.

Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the journal's Publication Ethics and adhere to the principles of research integrity. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, or inappropriate authorship is strictly prohibited.

Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their published work while granting Jurnal Keguruan UNISA Kuningan the right of first publication in accordance with the journal's copyright policy.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that may influence the research findings or interpretation of the manuscript.
