Jurnal Keguruan UNISA Kuningan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original works and free from plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct.
Every manuscript submitted to the journal is screened for textual similarity using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process. The Editorial Office evaluates the similarity report to determine whether any overlap is acceptable, such as properly cited quotations, references, or commonly used technical terms.
A manuscript may be returned to the author for revision or rejected if significant plagiarism or inappropriate textual overlap is identified.
As a general policy, the journal expects manuscripts to have an overall similarity index of no more than 20%, excluding references, bibliography, quoted material, and unavoidable standard terminology.
In addition, similarity from any single source should normally not exceed 5%, unless the overlap consists of properly cited material or standard methodological descriptions.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to make the final decision based on the nature and context of the similarity report rather than relying solely on percentage values.
The journal considers the following practices to be unethical and unacceptable:
Direct plagiarism (copying text without proper citation).
Self-plagiarism or redundant publication.
Duplicate submission to multiple journals.
Data fabrication.
Data falsification.
Citation manipulation.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.
Improper authorship practices.
When plagiarism or other forms of publication misconduct are suspected, the Editorial Board will investigate the case in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.

Request clarification from the author(s).
Require revision and proper citation.
Reject the manuscript.
Retract a published article.
Notify the author's institution when serious research misconduct is confirmed.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that:
The manuscript is entirely original.
