Copyright Notice

Authors who publish their manuscripts in Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Unisa Kuningan agree to the following terms:

1. Retention of Copyright and Publishing Rights

• Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

• Simultaneously, the work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, under the condition that they provide appropriate credit to the original authors and the initial publication in this journal.

2. Post-Print and Self-Archiving Policy

• Authors are permitted and encouraged to post and distribute their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, academic social networks like ResearchGate, or on their personal websites) after the official publication process is complete (Post-Print / Publisher's Version).

• Any such republication or distribution must include an explicit acknowledgment of the article's initial publication in Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Unisa Kuningan, including the volume number, issue number, publication year, and the article's Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

3. Indemnification and Originality

• By submitting a manuscript, the authors warrant that the work is entirely original, does not infringe upon any existing copyright, and does not contain any libelous or unlawful statements.

• The authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universitas Islam Al-Ihya Kuningan as the publisher and the Editorial Board of the journal against any legal claims or damages arising from a breach of these warranties.
