PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PABRIK GENTENG SUPER UUN KABUPATEN MAJALENGKA

This research was conducted at the Super Uun Tile Factory of Majalengka Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine whether motivation and work discipline affect the performance of employees at the Super Uun Tile Factory of Majalengka Regency either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the author used survey methods with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. The number of samples in this study was 73 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents. Testing of research instruments is carried out with validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis tool uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficients of determination, t test and f test. The results of the data processing research found that the coefficient of determination was 54.91%, which means that 54.91% of motivation and work discipline affect employee performance with 45.09% influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is proven that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Super Uun Tile Factory in Majalengka Regency.
