Keywords:
Sundanese Philosophy, Leadership Style, Dedi MulyadiAbstract
This study analyzes the central role of Sundanese philosophy in constructing Dedi Mulyadi's leadership style. Through a qualitative case study approach, this study investigates how the teachings of “silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh” are internalized and actualized. Using the theoretical lenses of Servant Leadership and Symbolic Interactionism, data analysis from digital content and documentation shows that Sundanese philosophy serves as an ethical foundation for servant leadership practices. Its manifestation is seen in empathetic actions and the use of Sundanese cultural symbols as a medium of communication to build legitimacy rooted in local wisdom.
